Who we are
This website is operated by JOHNNY SIGNS LTD, trading as JohnnySigns. Company number: 15670126. Registered office: 38 King Edward Road, Nuneaton, England, CV11 4BQ. You can contact us at [email protected] or 07471 490969.
Information and project enquiries
The website describes our signage and printing work and shows project examples. It does not accept orders or payments. Calling or emailing starts a discussion; it does not by itself confirm a booking or agreement.
Project scope, design, materials, artwork approval, price, payment arrangements, delivery and any installation requirements must be agreed directly. Any terms for supplying work will be provided as part of that separate agreement. Website terms do not replace it or affect rights you have under applicable law.
Photographs, artwork and permissions
Gallery photographs illustrate particular projects. Materials, colours, scale and finishes can appear differently on screens, and another site or brief may require a different approach. Discuss your requirements rather than treating a photograph as a specification.
Rights in photographs, logos, artwork and other materials belong to their respective owners. Ask the relevant rights holder before reusing them. When sending artwork or photographs for a project, make sure you are entitled to share them and tell us about any limits on their use.
No abuse, racism or discrimination
We expect respectful communication with everyone involved in a project. We do not accept abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour, racist language, discriminatory abuse or hate directed at a person or group. This applies to telephone calls, email, meetings and other project communications.
We will not accept requests to create unlawful material or signage that promotes hatred, racism or discriminatory abuse. We may end an abusive conversation, restrict further abusive contact or decline such a request. Existing contractual duties and statutory rights remain unaffected.
If you want to raise a complaint, explain what happened and what you would like us to review. A disagreement can be discussed without abuse or intimidation.
Website use and availability
Do not attempt to damage the website, interfere with its operation, gain unauthorised access or use it for unlawful purposes. We aim to keep the information accurate, but project details and availability should be confirmed directly before you rely on them.
Website content may change, and access can be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. External links lead to services operated by others. Nothing in these website terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Privacy, questions and updates
Read our privacy notice and cookies and website storage notice for information about website visits and enquiries. Contact us if an image, description or other item needs correction.
The date above shows when these terms were last updated. Changes to website terms do not automatically change a separately agreed project contract.
